PRATHAM PAG TEAM DEFEATED THE DOON DEFENCE ACADEMY TEAM IN THE MATCH FOUNDATION WING WAS GIVEN ITS OWN PLAYGROUND Dehradun: In the Volleyball, match played between the teams of Pratham Pag and Doon Defence Academy, the Pratham Pag team won the coveted trophy by winning the match in two rounds. Before the commencement of the friendly match organized by Sandeep Sir’s Doon Defence Academy, the Director Mr Sandeep Gupta invited the Pratham Pag team to take charge of the sports ground as it will be used by the students of Pratham Pag for all the physical activities including matches, contests and training. In the sports ground, the Pratham Pag students will be able to play matches, and games and also do their physical exercises for fitness. After a long struggle and continuous competition by both teams, the Pratham Pag team defeated the Doon Defence Academy team with a score of 25-16 in the first round and the score of 25-20 in the second round of the match. The Shining shield of the trophy adorned the beaming faces of all the athletes belonging to the Pratham Pag team. Thereafter, the Director congratulated both teams for their skill and prowess as team players and asserted the importance of playing games and sports. On this special occasion, the special guests invited to witness the match were the batch mates of the Director Mr Inderjeet Sama, Mr Deepak Tyagi, Mr Surender Sivach, Mr Surender Khurana, Mr Manish Sawant, Mr Rajneesh Kumar and Mr Umesh Kuniyal along with staff members and students. The spectators were delighted to see the match.
