SANDEEP SIR’S DOUBT-CLEARING SESSION WITH THE NDA GIRLS TO MOTIVATE THEM FOR THE UPCOMING NDA EXAMS- ‘DDA MOTIVATES THE GIRLS TO APPEAR FOR THEIR NDA, AGNIVEER VAYU, AND INDIAN NAVY EXAM- Sandeep Sir’s formal address to the NDA girl candidates to motivate them for their upcoming exams. In a formal address to the girls by the Director-Mr.Sandeep Gupta, informs the NDA girls that they are soon going to have an excursion to Vigyan Dham. He tells that the place is ahead of IMA. Thereafter the girls will be taken to IMA to see the passing out parade. The girls give out a frenzied shout of cheer expressing their excitement at the proposition of visiting IMA. Their aim should be to learn the pattern of the passing out parade. The girls need to take their preparation for NDA seriously as not many days are left for the NDA exam that is scheduled on 16th April and if any student has any problem in any subject or topic needs to inform beforehand so that the extra classes can be arranged. He added that the aim of the girls should be to one day be a part of the passing out parade as the cadet in the armed forces. He further added that when the girls enter the exam hall, they should be brimming with confidence and should be fully prepared for their NDA competitive exam. The girls will have their full-length Mock exams just before their actual NDA exam. Some mock tests will be held offline and some mock tests will be held online. If the feedback of the successfully selected students is analyzed, it has been observed that they have really benefitted from the mock test as the Mock test provides them an overview of the pattern of the exam and the kind of questions that can be asked. It has also been observed that the Mock tests conducted in DDA for the preparation of the candidates are exactly similar to the kind of questions asked in the actual NDA exam. Once the written test is cleared, the SSB round becomes very simple for them, and in addition to that, DDA acquaints the students so well with their SSB part of the evaluation that it can be cleared without any hassle. The forms for the female candidates as Agniveer Vayu are open for them online and Sandeep Sir insisted that all the girls should fill out the form and appear for the exam so that they get the confidence of clearing the exam and if the girls are eligible so that they do not miss the great opportunity. Also, they will have their medical test. They will then have their phase two exam of Air force which is just like their SSB interview but not as tough. The candidates will learn how to face an interview in front of the screening committee. Both the Navy and Air Force entries need to be filled up to avail of the opportunities that come their way. Girls are also given various posts in Merchant Navy. One who loves to go on excursions should surely go for Merchant Navy. By appearing for various exams, the girls will get a lot of exposure to various other avenues available to them in the armed forces. Some girls went to Mussoorie and really enjoyed their trip. The girls are invited to ask questions with the objective of dispelling their doubts. One girl asked what the girls will do after the completion of four years of their Agniveer tenure in the armed forces. Sandeep Sir tells the girls that as girl cadets in the Agniveer category, their motive should be to give such an awe-inspiring performance as girl cadets so as to be retained as girl cadets with a permanent commission in the armed forces. He tells them to see the positive aspect of the government’s policy and not to regret the negative aspect of the agniveer policy. One has to follow certain guidelines so as to qualify as an efficient cadet as per the set parameters of the armed forces about which Sandeep Sir will guide the girls. He gives his own example as to how he continued his studies even as a Submariner and by the time he retired from the Indian Navy, he was a post-graduate. In the same way, the girls will surely find their area of expertise and hone their skills to be successful in life in case they are not retained as cadets with a permanent commission. He told them to try for CDSE. This way he answered many of their questions and dispelled their doubts. He promised to provide the complete details of all the exams for which they are eligible and how they can apply for them. He then asked about the girls who still did not fill the forms. He motivated them to fill out the forms and appear for the exam for which they are eligible. As the syllabus is the same so they can get the double benefit of their preparation. Also, DDA will provide all the important questions for their preparation. Sandeep Sir told the girls to take good care of themselves and told them to become iconic and legendary figures through their outstanding achievements.
