Though we have in history many such precedents that have become epitomes of goodness, sacrifice, and justice, we have with us one such unique personality at present who indeed is a rare example of someone who deserves to be awarded, appreciated, and given acclaim on account of his extraordinary contribution in fighting against corruption and supporting the just cause of those who were exploited or wronged. He is none other than Ashok Kumar-the author of the book “Humans in Khaki” He is going to make a Guest visit to Sandeep Sir’s Doon Defence Academy on 5th August 2023 at 9 am to inaugurate the launch of his new book and to motivate the students on various important issues pertaining to the current scenario like cyberbullying and cybercrime as these issues have also been discussed in the book written by him. His book has received much appreciation and has been awarded the “Pt. Govind Ballabh Pant Award” by the Bureau of Police Research and Development.MHA. He is also the creator of two more books and the titles given to the books are “Challenges to Internal Security of India” and “Cyber Encounters”. Both these books carry current issues faced by Generation X. This was the fourth book composed by him. He has already launched one book at Sandeep Sir’s DDA titled ‘Humans in Khaki’ The Director Mr Sandeep Gupta expressed his elation at the fact that such a distinguished personality like this Police Personnel(DGP- Uttarakhand) Mr Ashok Kumar launched his book at his Doon Defence Academy.
