He joined Indian Navy in 1990. The Director Mr Sandeep Gupta was in great dilemma as he had a dream of starting his own institute to guide the Indian youth with the objective of providing them academic guidance and counselling. After initial attempts to promote his academy, Sandeep Sir got a great response because his institute became popular and people started approaching him at his institute. Initially the response of the students was limited to only his city and nearby places in Uttarakhand but later, he made special efforts to promote his institute in the neighbouring states of Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Himachal and Delhi. He made sure that his message reached these states. His institute has won a plethora of prestigious awards today and this acclaim is due to his extraordinary contribution to the growth of Education sector. Today the Institute has a commendable strength of 2000 students.
