STUDENTS SELECTED FOR NDA ARE AWARDED AFTER CLEARING THEIR NDA WRITTEN 473 STUDENTS WERE GIVEN MEDALS AND AWARD CERTIFICATES AT TOPPER’S ENCLAVE ‘IT ALWAYS SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE UNTIL IT IS DONE’ NELSON MANDELA Dehradun: The students who successfully qualified for the NDA written exam along with 473 students from 25 renowned schools were honored with medals and certificates at Topper’s Conclave. It was at the IRDT auditorium located at Survey Chawk that all the DDA students (Sandeep Sir’s DDA) who qualified for the NDA written exam along with 473 students from 25 best ICSE, CBSE, and Uttarakhand boards were lauded with medals and certificates of appreciation. The Topper’s Conclave was collaborated mutually by Uttarakhand Science, Education and Research Centre, Uttarakhand Technical Education Dept, and Divya Himgiri. The Chief guest for the occasion was the Secretary for Agriculture, Industrial, and Military Welfare –Deepak Chaudhary and the Special guest of honor was the DDA Director Mr Sandeep Gupta. Both the dignitaries honored the stalwarts of the 25 best schools with the title of “25 BEST SCHOOLS OF DEHRADUN”. During the gracious occasion, Mr. Deepak Chaudhary awarded the most deserving students of class 10th and 12th (who stood toppers in their respective schools) with certificates of achievement, gold medals, silver medals, and bronze medals as per their rank (first, second or third). 174 stalwarts who stood toppers in their respective schools were honored on stage during the award ceremony. Thereafter, 299 students who ranked among the top ten in their respective schools were given award certificates. 10 DDA students who successfully qualified for NDA, AFCAT, and CDSE were also awarded. During the formal address to all the stalwart students, Mr. Deepak Chaudhary shared his views with the students preaching to them that to remain in the top position is as difficult as to achieve the top position. In fact, to remain in the top position is more difficult. The DDA Director Mr. Sandeep Gupta congratulated the diligent students that they are the future of their country and they are the ones to decide, in which direction they would be taking the country. During the formal address by Mr. R.P Gupta-the Uttarakhand Directorate of Technical Education that all the humongous groups of students present in the auditorium are our greatest strength and the caliber possessed by them is our capacity to surmount challenges and this is our future. Uttarakhand Science, Education, and Research Centre (USERC) Ms. Anita Rawat formally addressed the gathering and acquainted the students with the new opportunities presented by USARK (Science, Education, and Conservation-based advocacy) in today’s technology-driven society, while also establishing the facts of life in the future. The Top Directorate of STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) Mr Manish Kumar and the President of Conclave and the President of Principals Progressive School Doctor Prem Kashyal also addressed the members of the foyer. The event was anchored and well-conducted by the Scientist of USARK Doctor O.P Nautiyal. The information regarding the event was given to the Under Secretary of the Dept(USARK) Rajneesh Jain, the Chairman of the Shivalik College of Engineering Ajay Kumar, and Principals, teachers, students and Founders and Directors of St. Joseph School, Convent of Jesus and Mary, Brightland School, Summer Valley School, Wynberg-Allen School, Tonsbridge School, Doon International School, Shikshaankur the Global School, Himalayan Public School, Carmaan School, DIS Riverside School, Pestleweed School, The Aryan School, Kasiga School, Himjyoti School, Shri Ram Centennial School, Doon Valley International School, Sunrise Academy, SGRR Public School, Children’s Academy, Kendriya Vidhyala(Mussoorie), Eklavya Residential School, Rajeev Gandhi Navodaya Vidhyalaya, Saraswati Vidhya Mandir and all the delegates were present to witness the grand award ceremony at Topper’s Conclave which will be etched in the memory of the stalwart students for a lifetime.
