The early morning slots are booked for the DDA diamonds from Sandeep Sir’s Doon Defence Academy in which the young aspirants will learn various postures, poses and exercises to stay healthy under the supervision of expert trainers. Yoga for good health ensures a healthy mind in a healthy body as it is not just the training of the body but also the training of the mind. It is through Yoga that the students learn to remain focussed and develop a positive mindset. Yoga relieves one of stress and helps one to rejuvenate one’s spirit.
