All of them were awarded with a cash prize of 10,000 and all of them motivated the DDA students to work hard and achieve their goals and realize their dreams. Anand Kumar is the first one to confess his personal experience. He came to DDA in 2021 batch. He was an Agniveer Air Force aspirant. He asserted that he got a lot of help from the DDA faculty members and educators. He shared that he went through a series of classroom study programs, extra classes, doubt sessions, spoken English sessions, and they could ask their doubts whenever they needed. He also shared that DDA had a telegram channel and he could get the answer whenever he needed. He also said that he got a lot of support from his trainers and how the physical strength and stamina of an individual keeps on increasing as the trainees are made to run every day. Starting with one kilometer race, they keep on increasing the distance from one to two and then finally trainees run till 5 km everyday without feeling the exhaustion. The trainees have to carry on with their academic schedule along side their physical training. Ishu Kumar is the second Agniveer who shared his experience with the DDA stalwarts. He too joined in the 2020 batch and thereafter, due to the covid 19 pandemic when there was a nationwide lock down, he kept on studying through online classes. He could get his doubts dispelled through the telegram channel and Youtube channel. After his Airmen exam, no result was declared and in the first Agniveer, he could not clear the Group discussion round. When he came to Sandeep Sir’s DDA for his phase II preparation, he got selected. He is indebted to his educators and trainers at Sandeep Sir’s DDA for this incredible achievement. He got selected in Indian Air Force. Akshay Baghel and he took admission in 2021 batch at Sandeep Sir’s DDA. He did not have deep knowledge about Physics and so he could not clear the first exam of Agniveer Vayu. He met with Methani Sir at DDA and with his help, Akshay improved his concepts of Physics. In the second attempt, he cleared the Agniveer Vayu exam and with Salman Sir’s help who conducted the Maths classes, his doubt sessions and Mock tests, he finally got selected and is indebted to his teachers for his success. He said that it can be that the DDA students who were selected could become soldiers with permanent commission and if not, they are likely to get good jobs in private sectors also. Kushal Sharma came to DDA during the 2020-21 batch and after they joined, the covid 19 pandemic forced a nationwide lockdown. The students had to study online. Due to the disturbances the students faced during covid 19, some could study and others could not. This was the reason that Kushal Sharma could not clear the first Agniveer Exam. In the second exam, he got selected with other friends of the same batch. He added that one should take the Agniveer scheme of Government positively. He said that the chances of becoming permanent depends on how the students perform during their four years of service. Mr. Umesh Kuniyal asserted that the Agniveer Scheme of the government has a lot of benefits. First of all, the students get a chance to wear the coveted uniform of the officers and soldiers. They get medical facilities, canteen facilities, and the financial benefits of 22 lakh rupees. The students can get the opportunity to complete their graduation through IGNOU. As you have done your studies related to NDA, the studies done here will be beneficial in the longrun in other sectors where a cadet or soldier is likely to work if he does not become a permanent officer in the armed forces.
