YOGAMBAR’S TRIPLE SELECTION MAKES SANDEEP SIR’S DDA FEEL PROUD YOGAMBAR A BRIGHT DDA DIAMOND GOT HIS SELECTION CONFIRMED AS INDIAN COAST GUARD, IN IMA-157 COURSE AND OTA SSC NON-TECHNICAL. YOGAMBAR FINALLY JOINED INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY FOR NDA 157 COURSE YOGAMBAR A DDA DIAMOND ADDED A GOLDEN FEATHER TO THE CAP OF SANDEEP SIR’S DDA Yogambar Singh is a DDA diamond who joined Sandeep Sir’s DDA in 2019. He cleared his exam to become the coast guard in the paramilitary forces as an Assistant Commandant and got 15th All India Rank which is commendable. He also got selected in the Indian Military Academy for NDA-157 Course and got 102 ALL India Rank. He also got selected in OTA SSC (Non-technical). But he finally decided to join the Indian Military Academy for NDA-157 Course. His accomplishments have gained much appreciation. Yogambar Singh was invited by Commandant Mr. Sudhir Verma talked about the herculean efforts which made him accomplish his dream goals. The Commandant informed the students about the uniqueness of his journey and the history of his challenges. It was a proud moment for Sandeep Sir’s DDA. It was no less than a hattrick. The Commandant Mr. Sudhir Verma interviewed Yogambar who exhibited a dynamic personality. His journey started with the NDA preparation at Sandeep Sir’s DDA. Initially he could not get any success. Though he could not clear his NDA but he two times cleared his CDS and once he cleared his OTA. Initially when he could not get through his NDA, he went for CDS and AFCAT exams. He then went for IMA and for the post of Coast guard in the paramilitary forces. Earlier he joined as the Assistant Commandant in the field of Coast guard but after he got through in NDA for 157 Course, he left the paramilitary forces and joined IMA. After brief introduction by Yogambar about his career history, the Commandant questioned him about the source of inspiration. To which, he said that his own family was an inspiration. His whole family has army background. His grandfather and brothers have inspired him and he is passionate to serve his country. Commandant Sudhir Verma talked about the whole-hearted and single-minded aspiration that is needed to get success. Double-minded or half-hearted work never gets success. The thumb rule to get through in SSB is self-confidence and self-belief. The family supports you then the self-belief and self-confidence get gathered only due to family and friends and most of all, it comes through within you. He got the clear picture of what SSB was made him get through the examination of SSB. He exhibited a magnificent personality. He told how he kept on learning from his environment and how he kept on learning from life experiences of one’s own self and the life experiences of others. Improvement is very important. His consistency and perseverance were commendable. The interview spoke volumes about his actual transformation due to the hardships and adversities that he had undergone. Yogambar spoke volumes about the teachers who inspired him and to Sandeep Sir’s DDA. The commandant spoke about the importance of capacity and calibre-building. The interview of Yogambar by Commandant was immaculately conducted. All kind of questions were posted to him. The Foundation Wing students also asked many questions from Yogambar. Yogambar’s interview greatly inspired the DDA diamonds and Foundation wing students. The DDA Director Mr. Sandeep Gupta presented Yogambar a bouquet of flowers. The Director shared with the audience how passionate Yogambar was to join NDA. The Director expressed how he felt so proud of the DDA diamond. He shared with the audience how Yogambar did not lose courage even when he did not get selected. After a tough journey of going through many ups and downs, Yogambar accomplished his dream goal.
