SHUBHAM THAKUR A DDA DIAMOND WHO GOT SELECTED IN THE INDIAN AIR FORCE AGNIVEER AS HE WAS TRAINED IN SANDEEP SIR’S DDA DDA DIAMOND SHUBHAM THAKUR JOINED NDA ONE-YEAR COURSE ASPIRE, AIM AND ACCOMPLISE WITHOUT ENTERTAINING THE CLOUDS OF DOUBT IN YOUR MIND The Center head of Sandeep Sir’s DDA welcomed the DDA diamond Shubham Thakur. He was a student of NDA one-year course at Sandeep Sir’s DDA in 2019-20. He is welcomed and felicitated in the award ceremony as he got selected in Indian Air Force Agniveer and has completed his basic and professional training. In 2021, he cleared the written exam of NDA and proceeded for SSB interview preparation for SSB Benaras but he was conferenced out in the SSB interview. In 2019, he cleared the direct entry into SSR Indian Navy SSB in but due to unfortunate reasons, he could not clear the merit list and after this in 2023, he cleared the Indian Navy Agniveer Exam and got selected but due to personal reasons, he did not join but finally he got selected in the Agniveer Indian Air Force and got selected and joined the Indian Air Force. He joined the Air Force wing of Indian Armed Forces and successfully completed the basic and professional training. As per the tradition of Sandeep Sir’s DDA, he is entitled to receive a cash award of 10,000 as an acknowledgement of his hard work and dedication. Thereafter Shubham shared his commendable experience with his contemporaries. He told the Defence aspirants to remain steadfast and firm to achieve their objectives and never to settle for any lower objective. The second important thing he shared was to acknowledge the hidden potential and analyse what they can achieve. He asserted that there would be lots of changes in Agniveer scheme. He was in favour of agniveer. He emphasized the need for revision. He told that one should motivate oneself. One should not compare with others. Revision is most important. He did not find any discrimination on account of being an agniveer. He was really impressed with the way, he was growing. Agniveer is a flexible scheme for those who wish to change and go into some other profession. Thereafter Mr. Umesh Kuniyal told the Defence aspirants that there are a lot many benefits of Agniveer Scheme like medical facilities and the lump sum you get at the end of four years. Many students have got the prizes and the Director Mr. Sandeep Gupta himself does the honour of giving away the prize. During the award ceremony, the Director Mr. Sandeep Gupta congratulated Shubham on his grand success to have got his selection in Indian Air Force confirmed. In BSF and CSF, a reservation of 10 percent is announced by the government. In the selection process, the physical test will not be conducted. In the Indian Armed Forces, there is a huge requirement of man power. Once just try to get recruitment in the Indian Armed Forces. In paramilitary field also, one should try to get the job by getting selected and this will build your confidence. Once you get into the department, you have the chances of becoming an officer. An amount will be given at the end of your tenure. There are lots of changes in Agniveer scheme.
