He has been into Indian Navy for 15 years and then joined Merchant Navy as electrical student in Indian Maritime University Noida. Saurabh shared his experience as the student of Sandeep Sir’s DDA. The exam paper may have a different pattern. As per the policy of the government, more than 50 percent of the Agniveers are retained but if in case the cadets are not retained, they get a handsome amount of pension after 4 years of service and the opportunities to take up recruitment in renowned organizations as per their caliber and capability. Preferential treatment in recruitment is given in Merchant Navy to the cadets who were in Indian Navy. After you opt for Agniveer, you have incredible chances of making a tremendous career in Merchant Navy. Rishabh Joshi completed his Agniveer Basic training and got the Mechanical Engineering branch and he will be going for his training at INS Mumbai. He aspires to become an officer. He will work harder to qualify the officer exams given internally in Indian Navy. Agniveer is a good program launched by the government for the welfare of the citizens. Those who work with dedication and enthusiasm get permanent commission but those who are doing it half-heartedly are told to leave after four years so that they get an opportunity to work in private sector and make a great career with the skills that they have developed during their tenure in Indian Armed Forces. Agniveer Scheme is looked at with the wrong perspective. It has both benefits and drawbacks. In terms of finances, the benefits are plentiful. The youngsters will learn discipline by going through the four-year Agniveer recruitment in the Indian Armed Forces. He said that Mock tests are useful to qualify the actual evaluation of Agniveer as attempted by the students. He confessed that he would give the amount of 10000 cash prize to his father.
