AWARD CEREMONY CONDUCTED AT SANDEEP SIR’S DDA TO HONOUR THE STALWARTS WHO HAVE QUALIFIED THROUGH AGNIVEER SCHEME OF THE GOVERNMENT 10,000 CASH PRIZE TO THE DDA STUDENTS WHO BECAME SUCCESSFUL AGNIVEERS Agniveer Rahul Chaudhary completed his basic training -both professional and basic of 5 months and 2 months after he qualified his Agniveer exam to be recruited in various esteemed organizations of the armed forces in all the three wings-Army, Navy and Air Force. Mr. Umesh Kuniyal and all the esteemed faculty members of Sandeep Sir’s DDA congratulated the stalwarts who swelled with pride at the outstanding accomplishment. One by one, the Agniveers were invited to share their amazing experience. The first Agniveer was Rahul Chaudhary. He is from Uttar Pradesh Mathura. When he came to Sandeep Sir’s DDA from Mathura, he found the guidance and academic preparation through smart classes extremely satisfying as he could understand each and every concept taught by the teachers. He was full of praises for the DDA faculty members. He expressed his gratitude to the DDA Team for their incredible support, motivation and mentorship. He attained a desirable level of academic success through DDA guidance. Rohesin too came and spoke eloquently. He just completed his basic and professional training. He attributed the classes of Jyoti Rai Maam, the study material of DDA and attempted the Mock tests of DDA to attain the level of success that he has accomplished. Through Agniveer Scheme, 25 percent of the selected students will get a permanent commission and the rest of the Agniveers could get very good jobs in esteemed organizations after they pass out from Army example Railways, ONGC, paramilitary, police department and other semi government and government organizations. Many students appeared to give their testimonials. The students confessed that they worked very hard and their hard work showed them the result. After the DDA students have completed their academic classes and SSB classes at DDA that are going to prove very useful and beneficial in the long run. Abhishek was the next one to come and give his testimonial. Salman Sir and Naveen Sir were the popular faculty members who had made an indelible mark on the minds of the students. He qualified in the Air Force exam in his first attempt. He scored 24 out of 25 in Mathematics in the Air Force exam. He easily crossed the cut of marks of Physics and English. He was happy with his accomplishment. He did well in the first attempt. Rahul Kumar was invited to share his experience with the DDA stalwarts. He told the students to keep one subject strong and work hard in that subject and in the rest, they should be able to cross the cut off marks to get shortlisted. This was the strategy. Moreover, he added that the students should opt to attempt the easiest questions in the question paper from each section to get qualified. Practice and Mock tests are the two tools the students have to qualify the test. All of the DDA stalwarts who were Agniveers came to the platform to share their experience. All the stalwarts shared that they learnt a lot at Sandeep Sir’s DDA. The most important factor was the discipline that is stringent. Even if one is not well, the students have to go for the basic and professional training. Timings and correct place are to be followed stringently. No mistake should be there in the uniforms. You have an opportunity here. All the stalwarts were conferred with a cash prize of 10,000 by our esteemed Director Sir-Mr. Sandeep Gupta. The Director pointed out to Prabhat a DDA student who kept coming to the Director complaining that he could not qualify either because of merit, or SSB or is conferenced out in the group discussion but today, the student was in front of all as a successful Cadet through Agniveer. The passion and the dedication to accomplish the target are the two important attributes. The director mentioned how the Agniveer Scheme of the government evoked a nationwide protest. The director too was under great apprehension but the government clarified many issues related to the scheme. Then the Director accepted the scheme with a positive note and then the positive response of the students who were Agniveers brought about the nationwide acceptance. The Director told the students that they had bright chances of getting recruited into the Armed forces permanently whether it is Army, Navy, or Air Force. The record of the cadets in discipline should be satisfactory. Then the Director shared his personal experience when he appeared for his NDA. Not all are born with a golden spoon.
