DDA GIRLS ENJOYED THEIR TREKKING EXPEDITION TO SAHASTRADHARA-A THOUSAND-FOLD SPRING SANDEEP SIR’S DDA ORGANIZED A TREKKING EXPEDITION FOR DDA GIRLS TO SAHASTRADHARA WHERE DDA STAFF ESCORTED THE GIRLS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL TIME IN MY LIFE IS WHEN I TRAVELLED TO DIFFERENT PLACES AND MET DIFFERENT PEOPLE, PONDERED OVER THE NATURE AND DELVED DEEP INTO MY OWN SPIRITUAL SELF A trekking expedition was organized for the DDA girls to Sahastradhara a thousand-fold spring. It is popular attraction as it is famous for its medicinal and therapeutic value due to the contents of sulphur found in its water. The girls went walking all the way and they were really overwhelmed to go trekking to the waterway where they were delighted to swim, wade and take a refreshing dip in the water of Sahastradhara. The expedition was enjoyable in the company of so many friends of the same age. The teachers, faculty members and other DDA staff members including Umesh Kuniyal Sir, Dhirendra Sir and Manju Maam escorted the girls to ensure their safety. The feedback given by the girls was that the trip was a stress-reliever and an energy-booster for them. As per Niharika a DDA diamond from Jammu who felt that travelling was a therapy for all of them and they did not regret going to such a place and spending some time in the lap of nature. Mona Lisha another DDA diamond expressed great delight and gratitude to the DDA administration for organizing such a wonderful trip for the girls. Pragya expressed her gratitude to Sandeep Sir-the Director for organizing such a lovely trip for the girls. The trek commenced at 5 am and went walking to Sahastradhara road and thereafter, the girls were given a feast of a sumptuous breakfast. After coming to Sahastradhara, they enjoyed the water games and their breakfast. Komal Mishra really had a lot of enjoyable time in the company of her friends. Kunti another DDA student really enjoyed a lot in the company of her friends. They clicked photos. Muskan too expressed her pleasure to enjoy every moment of the expedition during which she learnt trekking and enjoyed swimming with her friends and companions. Ananya from Rajasthan felt really happy to enjoy the trip. The girls relished the scenic beauty of nature and the mountains. The temperature and the climatic conditions of Dehradun are pleasant enough for everyone to enjoy in the lap of nature. All the girls were overwhelmed with happiness to travel, trek and be a part of this travelling experience.
