RHYTHMIC OSCILLATION OF HANDS AND FEET TO METRONOME BEAT BY CADETS IN THE PASSING-OUT PARADE MESMERIZED THE SPECTATORS PRATHAM PAG STUDENTS ALSO AVAILED THEMSELVES OF THE OPPORTUNITY TO WITNESS THE PASSING-OUT PARADE Dehradun: As a part of the educational tour organized by Sandeep Sir’s Doon Defence Academy, the DDA diamonds got the golden opportunity to witness the awaited Passing-out parade. The Rhythmic oscillation of the hands and feet in the most dignified manner was a spectacular event for not only DDA diamonds but also Pratham Pag Students. During the parade, the synchrony of their movements to the tune of the band and bugle mesmerized the onlookers. Among the DDA students, both boys and girls enthusiastically viewed and relished the grand event of the Passing-out parade. After the Passing-out parade ceremony got over, the students were taken to Shaurya Sthal-the war memorial. The Passing-out parade conducted for gentlemen cadets at IMA (Indian Military Academy) is scheduled for 10th June early morning. On the 6th and 8th of June, a day or two before the final Passing-out parade, the Commander’s Parade was witnessed by DDA students who were really excited to be viewers of the grand event. In the final Passing-out parade, 374 gentlemen cadets participated of which 42 were foreign cadets. After the students relished viewing the Passing-out parade, the DDA director Mr Sandeep Gupta reached the Shaurya Sthal (War Memorial) to meet the DDA students where the students shared their experience of the Passing-out parade with the DDA director Mr. Sandeep Gupta. The students also felt excited at the pretext of clicking snapshots with the Director with the objective of capturing the memorable moments in the camera.
