Indian Navy has released the Short notification and Post Wise Eligibility Details for the Agniveer SSR & Agniveer MR recruitment under Nausena Bharti Agneepath scheme 2022-23. Any youth whose age is between 17.5 to 23 years and come from any state / city in India can apply in this Indian Navy 10+2 SSR & MR Agniveer Recruitment 2022.

INDIAN NAVY AGNIVEER (SSR) – 01/2022 BATCH VACANCY
Online applications are invited from unmarried male and unmarried female candidates (who fulfil conditions as laid down by the Government of India) for enrolment as Agniveer (SSR) for 01/2022 (Nov 22) batch. The total vacancies are 2800 (including a maximum of 560 female only), will be earmarked in a state-wise manner.

Qualified in 10 + 2 examination with Maths & Physics and at least one of these subjects : – Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science from the Board of School Education recognised by Ministry of Education , Govt. of Indian.

Navy SSR (01-2022) – Candidates should be born between 01 Nov 1999 to 30 Apr 2003 (both dates inclusive).
INDIAN AGNIVEER (SSR) – 01/2022 BATCH SALARY
Pay, Allowance and Allied Benefits : Agniveer Will be paid a package of Rs. 30,000 per month with a fixed yearly increment. In addition, risk and hardship, dress and travel allowances will be paid.
Seva Nidhi : Agniveers shall be given a one-time Seva Nidhi package comprising their monthly contribution by the Government on complete of their engagement period, as indicted below :

Life Insurance Cover

Agniveer will be provided non-contributory Life Insurance Cover of Rs. 48 Lakh for the duration of their engagement period.
Death Compensation
-
In addition to insurance cover of Rs. 48 Lakh, one time ex-gratia of Rs. 44 Lakh for death attributable to service, will be provided to the NOK.
SELECTION PROCESS
- Shortlisting: Shortlisting of candidates would be based on aggregate percentage obtained in Physics, Mathematics and at least one of these subjects – Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science in the qualifying examination (10 + 2). Shortlisting will be carried out state wise in a ratio of four times the number of vacancies. The cut off marks may vary from state to state as vacancies have been allocated in a state – wise manner. The shortlisted candidates would be issued call-up letter for written examination and PFT. Aadhar Card is mandatory for written examination / PFT.
- Physical Standards : Qualifying is Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is mandatory for selection Candidates undergoing PFT will do so at their own risk. PFT standard is as follows :

Advisory : – Proficiency in sports, swimming and extra – curricular activities is desirable.
- Merit List: Merit list will be prepared based on performance in written examination, subject to qualifying in Physical Fitness Test. Merit List for Agniveer (SSR) – male and female will be based on state-wise merit. The cut off marks for issue of call up letter for Recruitment Medical Examination at INS Chilka may vary state to state.
- Recruitment Medicals: Recruitment Medical Examination of all selected candidates will be conducted at INS Chilka. Candidates who are found medically fit in Recruitment Medical Examination will be recruited. Candidates who are found medically unfit will be appeal against its findings, if they so desire, at INHS Nivarini / INHS Kalyani with in a maximum period of 21 days. NO further review / appeal is permissible.
